01 — Map the current work
Review what you sell, where you work, your capacity and how enquiries arrive. Identify where information or ownership gets lost. Agree the first scope and the evidence needed to accept it.
02 — Capture and qualify
Build the service explanation and intake around real questions. Confirm delivery, qualification rules, source fields and a receiving owner. A visitor sees a success state only after delivery is verified.
03 — Contact and book the assessment
The sales owner checks fit and arranges the next step. The estimator has the context needed for a measurement or site visit. Unanswered enquiries retain a next task and stopping rule.
04 — Track the proposal and agreement
Keep the current proposal status, revisions and follow-up visible. Record accepted, deferred and lost outcomes. A CRM stage should reflect something the team can verify.
05 — Hand over to installation
Pass the agreed details and responsibilities to operations. Review outcomes by source where the data supports it. Add automation only after the team can operate the underlying process.
