CRM follow-up automation

Plan reminders and approved communication around real pipeline events.

Discuss this scope
01

Automate a defined process

Start with a named owner, an observable trigger and a useful next action. A new enquiry, a measurement booking and a sent proposal need different rules. Automation should make these handoffs visible, with a manual override for exceptions.

02

What can be scoped

Choose the smallest set of workflows the team can maintain.

  • Task creation and overdue reminders
  • Stage-specific owner assignment
  • Approved message templates and channel mapping
  • Duplicate, opt-out and manual pause handling
  • A test record and failure path for each rule
03

Dependencies before activation

Confirm CRM permissions, channel support, message content, consent handling and who monitors failures. Third-party licensing and messaging charges are separate unless agreed. This preview does not send email, SMS or voice calls.

04

Acceptance and maintenance

Test normal progress, stage reversals, duplicates and closed opportunities. A reminder must stop when it is no longer appropriate. Keep a list of rules, owners and recovery steps so the workflow can be maintained after handover.

05

Readiness

Automation is a proposed implementation scope. Voice AI and more complex cross-system actions remain planned and depend on technical validation and staffing. No deployment, service level or result is promised on this page.
