Follow-up with or without a CRM

Turn “we’ll call them back” into a clear list of owners, next actions and stopping rules.

Discuss this scope
01

Work from a simple contact plan

Define the first response, the next attempt, the preferred channel and when to stop. Different stages need different messages: a new enquiry, an unconfirmed measurement and a proposal awaiting a decision should not receive the same follow-up.

02

With your CRM

Create tasks and stage-specific reminders in the agreed system. Record the contact outcome and the next action. Escalate overdue tasks to a named person. Sending messages automatically is a separate implementation decision that needs approved content, permissions and safeguards.

03

Without a CRM

A smaller team can begin with a controlled lead register, an assigned owner and a daily review. The scope must explain how duplicate enquiries, opt-outs and handovers are handled. A shared inbox alone does not show who is responsible.

04

What the scope can cover

Choose the stages that lose the most attention first.

  • New enquiry response and unreachable lead tasks
  • Measurement confirmations and rescheduling
  • Proposal reminders with useful context
  • Lost opportunity reasons and reactivation rules
  • Opt-out, duplicate and manual pause controls
05

Readiness matters

Channels, templates, recipients, timing and reporting must be approved. Automated SMS, email and voice flows are not running in this preview. Results depend on lead intent and team execution; follow-up does not make every lead a sale.

Let’s build a system
that fits your business.

Start with your goals and the handoff that needs attention. We will define the scope before implementation.
